Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education
Cambridge wherever you are.
Executive Education, is part of Judge Business School and University of Cambridge. The business offers world-class programmes that empower leaders and transform organisations globally. Focusing on executive learning, they help individuals and teams solve complex challenges, enhance leadership skills, and drive business success.
“Cambridge wherever you are” was a campaign designed to attract more course participants, boost brand recognition, and strengthen the school’s reputation. The campaign played a key role in increasing visibility for CJBS Executive Education and helped maintain its profitability as the challenges of COVID eased. On this page, I’m sharing the highlights of my journey working on this project with CJBSEE.
MY ROLE: In-House Graphic Designer providing full business support to all departments.
PAID ADS
The business had a strong face-to-face focus, with participants attending classes in person. When COVID hit, we had to quickly shift to a digital model, which meant laying the groundwork for this transition. I started by creating ad concepts, and defining how we communicate the new value proposition within course materials. I created a map pin marker in the shape of the Cambridge logo and a camera “Live” icon to depict the “Cambridge wherever you are” idea and digital delivery format.
DIGITAL BROCHURES
Each programme offered a digital brochure for download however the old designs had limited information, dated branding and poor formatting.
To enhance our proposition I advised a revamp including a detailed lesson plan, learning objectives and more information about career benefits and Live Online delivery.
I used the course calendar as a roadmap to guide the preparation of each course, designing new brochures and ads along the way and ensuring we were ready before launching any paid advertising.
I redesigned over 25 brochures, each ranging from 5 to 10 pages depending on the course. To improve the customer experience, I added interactive elements like Call To Action (CTA) buttons for related courses, FAQs, and a direct option to book a call with the programme manager, all accessible straight from the brochure.
Backdrop Banner
As all work transitioned online, maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence became essential. I recommended branded physical backdrops because they offer a more reliable and polished look, unaffected by virtual glitches or background issues, ensuring a unified, professional appearance during video calls.
These backdrops have since been used by business development teams for client calls, as photo and video props, and during live sessions. They’ve proven invaluable, allowing us to transform any space into a professional-looking area with ease.
Certificate of Achievement
The Certificate of Achievement is awarded to participants completing executive education programmes. This certificate not only recognises professional development but also connects recipients to CJBS’s global alumni network.
To enhance its design, I drew inspiration from the architectural patterns of the main entrance building at CJBS. This detail enriches the certificate's connection to the school's identity and values. The final design is used in both printed and digital formats, ensuring a cohesive and professional presentation across all platforms.
